Admission Criteria

Registration

To enroll in the program, it is required to fill out the electronic registration form.

Fee

The total fee of CFM program is 3500 GEL:

  • Introduction module – 200 GEL
  • Professional program without introduction module - 3300 GEL

Half of the tuition fee must be paid by the student 5 days before the start of the course, and the other half within 9 weeks after the start of the course.

Duration and Schedule

The duration of CFM program is 18 weeks. Lectures are held four times a week:

  • Three times on weekdays from 19:00 to 21:45
  • Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00

Program Description

CFM program covers all aspects of the financial activities of a business organization and is designed for people working in the field of finance (accountants, financial managers, financial analysts, credit experts), and for those who wish to obtain knowledge in the field of finance.

The purpose of CFM program is to provide the trainee with fundamental knowledge in accounting and financial management, that will help them in career advancement or employment in the field of finance.

Subjects

Within the framework of the program, trainees will study the main subjects of finance and prepare a project.

  • Introduction
  • Financial accounting and reporting
  • Accounting
  • Budgeting
  • Financial analysis
  • Finance management
  • Taxes
  • Financial modeling using Excel

The program can be taken with or without an introductory module. Beginners are recommended to enroll in the program with the introductory module, while those with prior experience in finance can opt for the core subjects only. Completion of the program requires students to prepare a final project.

Certificate

After successfully completing the program, graduates will receive a certificate from the Free University of Tbilisi as Certified Financial Managers.

To obtain the certificate, students must:

  • Achieve a passing grade in each subject.
  • Prepare and present a final project.
