ICPS 2024-ის გახსნის ცერემონია

ფიზიკის სტუდენტთა საერთაშორისო კონფერენციის (ICPS 2024) გახსნის ცერემონიაზე მონაწილეებს სიტყვით მიმართეს:

• ვატო ლეჟავამ, თბილისის თავისუფალი უნივერსიტეტის და საქართველოს აგრარული უნივერსიტეტის რექტორი
• Niloofar Jokar-მა, ფიზიკის სტუდენტთა საერთაშორისო ასოციაციის (IAPS) ვიცეპრეზიდენტი და ივენთების მენეჯერი
• Cyrus Walther-მა, IAPS-ის პრეზიდენტი
• Anne Pawsey-მ, European Physical Society-ის გენერალური მდივანი
• Michel Spiro-მ, International Union of Pure and Applied Physics-ის თავმჯდომარე
• ⁠Peter van Arkel-მა, IAPS-ის ალუმნის წარმომადგენელი
• გიორგი ჭანტურიამ, საქართველოს ფიზიკის სტუდენტთა ასოციაციის (GAPS) თამჯდომარე
• თიკო ბარათაშვილი, GAPS-ის სამეცნიერო კომიტეტის თამჯდომარე

ICPS 2024  ტარდება 4-11 აგვისტოს კახა ბენდუქიძის კამპუსში და კონფერენციის ფარგლებში ფიზიკით დაინტერესებული 300-ზე მეტი სტუდენტი ეწვია საქართველოს მთელი მსოფლიოდან. კონფერენცია საქართველოს ფიზიკოს სტუდენტთა ასოციაციის (GAPS) და თბილისის თავისუფალი უნივერსიტეტის ორგანიზებით იმართება.

ICPS 2024 გენერალური მხარდამჭერია კახა ბენდუქიძის ცოდნის ფონდი.

 

The opening ceremony of the International Conference of Physics Students (ICPS 2024) was held on August 4 at the Kakha Bendukidze Campus. The participants were addressed by distinguished speakers, including:

• Vato Lejava, Rector of Free University of Tbilisi and Agricultural University of Georgia
• Niloofar Jokar, Vice President and Events Manager, International Association of Physics Students (IAPS)
• Cyrus Walther, President of IAPS
• Anne Pawsey, Secretary General of the European Physical Society
• Michel Spiro, Chairman of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics
• Peter van Arkel, IAPS Alumni Representative
• Giorgi Chanturia, Chairman of the Association of Physics Students of Georgia (GAPS)
• Tiko Baratashvili, Head of the Scientific Committee of GAPS

ICPS 2024 is being held from August 4-11 at the Kakha Bendukidze Campus. Over 300 students from around the world, all with a keen interest in physics, are attending the conference. The event is organized by the GAPS and the Free University of Tbilisi.

The general supporter of the conference is the Kakha Bendukidze Knowledge Fund.
