International Relations School (previously "Institute of Asia and Africa") was established in 1991 and  merged with Free University in 2007. 

Graduates have been awarded with 687 Bachelor, 61 Masters and 14 Doctoral Degrees (PHD).

There are three course concentrations, which include:

  • the Far East;
  • the Middle East; 
  • the Euro-Atlantic Studies (Europe and USA). 

Graduates learn about the history, culture, religion and economics of the regions, as well as master English and their chosen language up to C1 Level. 

 

Students select from the following languages:

Oriental:

Arabic; Persian; Chinese; Japanese; Korean; Turkish. 

Western: 

 Spanish; French; German.
