Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom has a scholarship program, which is open to foreign students and postgraduates at German universities if applicants qualify according to scholarship requirements. All applicants are subject to a preliminary selection process under which the applicants' qualifications are checked.
Minimum entry requirements are: an acceptance from a German university to a postgraduate course or a Ph.D. program and the ability to communicate fluently in German, both orally and in written format.
